In 2026, Chilok upgrades its physical and chemical testing lab to meet diversified MRO supply demands for automation, lithium battery and 3C industries. Four independent testing zones are built for rubber seals, transmission parts, measuring instruments and electrical hardware, realizing full performance inspection before goods warehousing.
Four key testing equipment are newly equipped: high-low temperature alternating aging chamber, reciprocating transmission fatigue tester, standard electrical calibration source and large neutral salt spray cabinet. All test data are electronically archived with printable inspection reports for factory audit and supply chain traceability compliance.
After lab upgrade, incoming sampling coverage rises from 65% to 100%, and the average service life of industrial consumables after installation increases by 43%. Integrated supply and third-party inspection services are provided for over 30 automation equipment manufacturers in the Pearl River Delta.
